ReportRouter

• Email reports, documents and attachments in PDF format to any email address or distribution list.
• Fax reports and documents to any fax system.
• Print reports and documents to any Windows printer shared on the network.
• Store reports, documents, and CSV data in a document archive for easy access and recall.

FACS users can send FACS Reports or CSV data files to ReportRouter using the familiar output-to dialog.
You simply specify /EMAIL or /FAX or /PRINT or /ARCHIVE to send the report to ReportRouter.
Depending on the document routing method, you will will be asked for the pertinent information for that routing type.
For example, for /EMAIL output you would be prompted for the "Email to:" and "Email cc:" as well as the "Email subject:".
For /FAX output you would be prompted for the "Fax number:" and "Contact Name:" as well as the "Fax message lines:".
For /PRINT output you would be prompted for the ReportRouter printer name.
For /ARCHIVE output no additional prompts are needed. The file simply gets routed to the ReportRouter archive directory.

You can access the ReportRouter archive via a simple web page interface.
Using the ReportRouter web interface, you can maintain archives for different companies. Each company can have various categories to file the documents under. Users are authorized to access selected categories depending on the company the user is associated with. This provides a clean and secure way to maintain document archives for all of your important documents!
