Fixed Items

  • Fixed a problem in Receivables ~ Post Receivables Transactions where the Customer Payment record should be matched to the Receivables Transaction Sold-To Customer ID (i.e. Paid-By Customer) instead of by Bill-To Customer ID. - Release Date: 1/2/2018
  • The quick navigation under quotes in the main menu was not respecting a revision number if it was entered. - Release Date: 12/21/2017

Changes

  • Added an active/inactive flag to all Comment Types, Payment Terms, and Account Groups. The purpose is to hide those records from future use. - Release Date: 12/29/2017
  • Logins are now required to have a password (cannot be blank). Users will be prompted to set their password the next time they login. - Release Date: 12/22/2017
  • The Purchase Order Past Due report will now open in a separate window. - Release Date: 12/21/2017
  • Added Context menu button to the Quote Maintenance page instead of the right-click feature. - Release Date: 12/11/2017

  • Changed PurchaseOrder ~ Receiving to ask for "Date Received" and "Document ID" and use those values when adding Purchase Order Receipt records. Also, when the purchase order gets closed (because all detail items have been received), the Date Closed will now be set to the current Date Received. - Release Date: 12/1/2017
