From there you may research questions about TREQSO by using the InfoBase and by downloading the latest manuals and supporting documentation. Users who subscribe to software maintenance can update and install the latest version of TREQSO. Licensed users may also submit questions to our technical support team at no charge. Response to e-mail should be received within 24 hours of a normal business day. Complex problems or issues may not be resolved using e-mail. In such cases, an SCI support representative may recommend the user open a telephone support incident.
Spokane Computer provides WARRANTY support free of charge for 30 days. Warranty services cover installation of TREQSO and Upgrade installation. Warranty Support coverage begins from the date a license is issued. Call 1-800-824-9631 and include your license key in your request for assistance.
Consulting services such as evaluating a company's procedural needs and network infrastructure in order to determine how best to implement TREQSO are not covered by either e-mail or warranty support.
