Job Description:
We are currently seeking an individual with a strong accounting and software support background to provide training and ongoing assistance to our nationwide customer base.
Customer Support Representatives provide customer training and remedial support for a suite of integrated software modules including, Financial Analysis and Reporting, Accounts Payable/Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Inventory Management, Job Shop Costing, Sales and Quote Management, Point of Sale, and Light Manufacturing. Candidates should be experienced with implementing accounting software and possess an excellent understanding of business processes and accounting practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- BA in accounting or equivalent experience
- Strong user-level skills with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products
- Experience supporting and/or training software applications
- Direct experience using Spokane Computer’s FACS software product is a plus
- This position requires up to 25% travel

Job Description: Windows Software Developer required for developing Windows and web applications business software for our nationwide customer base.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new software applications using VB.NET and C#
- Maintain and/or enhance existing VB, ASP, and .NET applications
- Manage projects to completion
- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems with customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, VB.NET and C#
- Business/accounting skills
- Experience developing Windows and/or Web applications
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other database products
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft MCP, MCAD or MCSD certification preferred
- Experience with Visual Studio, Photoshop and Flash would be a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Some travel to customer sites across the US and Canada

Software Support Representative/TEQuote Lead
|
Job Description: We are seeking a software support/Customer Service Representative for our growing company. The individual will play a key role in supporting developed applications for our customers nationwide. Your proactive personality, drive, ambition, motivation, and ability to learn and apply new technologies will be just as important as what shows on a technical resume.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assume the Support Lead on the TEQuote Application
- Assume ownership of client TEQuote issues and obtain final resolution in a timely manner
- Provide remote and on-site training
- Provide TEQuote installation services for both new and existing clients
- Maintain Database of software licenses
- Input data for product lines
- Act as liaison between Management, TEQuote Developers and customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- MINIMUM two years of Customer Service Experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Access Databases
- Working knowledge of Basic Networking in a Terminal Server environment
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Formal Business training or related degree is highly desirable
- Microsoft MCP or Office Specialist desirable
- Experience with TEQuote highly desirable but not required
- Some travel to customer sites across the US and Canada may be required
