In general, if an issue or problem is effecting a single user and/or a single system, the call falls into the Tier I category. If an issue is causing problems for multiple users and/or systems then it is a Tier II category call. |
| We support all current Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating systems. As of January 1, 2009, this included Server 2000, Server 2003, and Server 2008. For client systems we support Windows 2000, XP, and Vista1. We know a little about Linux and have used Linux servers for firewall, DNS, and systems monitoring applications, and would be happy to help you if you like Linux, too. |

Please note: some versions of XP and Vista are very limited in their support of networking; meaning there are issues that cannot be solved without OS upgrades.
For ease of management and expansion we prefer networks running Microsoft's Active Directory. We will still gladly help you with your Peer-to-Peer network if you don't have a domain server.
