- TREQSO and FACS Priority Support: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding observed holidays.
- TREQSO and FACS Basic Support: 6:00am to 4:00pm Pacific time zone, Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays.
- MAG-FILER Support: 7:30am to 4:00pm Pacific time zone, Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays.
Services outside normal business hours are by appointment only.

Holiday Schedule |
Spokane Computer's holiday schedule includes the following days:
- New Year's Day
- Presidents' Day
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day Weekend
- Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend (Thursday-Sunday)
- Christmas Holiday (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
(Note: Holidays falling on a Saturday will be celebrated on the preceding Friday.
Holidays falling in a Sunday will be celebrated on the following day - Monday).
